Ordering Process

The main banner purchasing process is detailed on our home page here. Just follow the steps to make ordering simple and error free.

Following your purchase you need to make sure we have all of the information required to make your banner(s) such as artwork, written requirements and any pictures required for scanning.

Electronic picture files and written requirements can be uploaded as files during the ordering process or sent to us in an email to support@signsofquality.co.uk.

Production Process

If you are going to supply the design artwork:

  • We will check the quality of your uploaded files/requirements and confirm they are acceptable for the size and shape of the banner(s) purchased.

If you require Signs of Quality to create your artwork for you:

  • We will confirm your requirements are clear and understood or request clarification from you via email.
  • We will also confirm when you should expect to receive a proof of the designs(s) for your comment/approval

Once the artwork has been approved (yours or ours):

  • We will confirm the expected dispatch date of your banner(s)
  • We will confirm dispatch to you via email along with the expected delivery date and any tracking information
